Okej, So i have the Series ONE 100 and I recently blown a fuse.

I went to RadioShack and was looking for the T1AL250v. I found some 1A 250v fuses and put it back in the HT fuse holder and turned on my amp. It worked for a little bit. I came back after playing around on it to make sure it worked and i Blew another fuse...

This time the fuse was all black and the T1AL fuse that was original in the amp that blew, wasn't blackened. I used 3 1A fuses and blew them all right away when i turned on the amp...

I'm afraid something might be short circuited. I live in Ohio and have some dealers for blackstar but, nothing really Legit to my understanding.

I need help guys...

I'm having the same issue with my S1-200. Fit a new mains fuse, turn on the power switch, transformer hums for a few seconds and then trips the fuse, with or without the power valves fitted (as recommended to try by blackstar). Definitely sounds like there's something shorting the mains transformer. Anyone have any ideas?

Cheers.

A re occuring blown fuse could be a faulty valve . A visual check of each could identify the culprit or u could try to swap in a replacement tubes, take one out at a time and ensure re seated properly

My HT100 started blowing fuses & it was ( as Ronnie suggested ) a power tube. I did a visual inspection but could see nothing so sent it to a tech who confirmed power tube & so replaced them all & re biased. All good now Laughing

i have a series one 45, i happened to me also, but it was the h.t. fuse... about five months ago, while playing at a rehearsals venue three or four h.t. fuses blown up (some crackles and then the volume goes completely out). at home it never happened, and then again last week two fuses in an evening at the same place.. what could it be? (the venue is near a bar, a freind of mine supposed it could be some kind of tension peaks generated from a fridge or something..)
